Gajanan Govekar

Gajanan Govekar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Gajanan began their career as an Associate at Marriott International from July 2011 to October 2012. Gajanan then worked as a Special Project Coordinator for a Government Initiative from November 2012 to June 2014, implementing online learning and development approaches and software solutions.

In 2014, Gajanan pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management at the Institute of Management Technology, Hyderabad, from June 2014 to March 2016. During this time, they gained knowledge and skills in various aspects of management.

Following their studies, Gajanan joined Infiniti Retail Limited, Croma - A TATA Enterprise, as a Learning and Development Intern from March 2015 to June 2015. Gajanan'sresponsibilities included identifying training needs and trends for sales associates across Tata-Croma stores and collaborating with product trainers for on-the-floor and classroom training.

From June 2016 to October 2017, Gajanan worked as a TM Projects Manager at Hafele India Private Limited. Gajanan'skey responsibilities included supporting pre-sales, managing stakeholder communication, coordinating product demonstrations, and budgetary control for new project developments.

Gajanan then joined Golden Globe Hotels Private Limited in November 2017 as the Manager of Alliances Projects & Commissions. In this role, they managed a team for project implementation, owned and created project plans, communicated with key stakeholders for updates and risk mitigation, and led cross-functional teams for new development support, following an agile approach.

Gajanan'smost recent work experience is as a Project Manager at OpenSymmetry, starting in June 2020. Currently, there is no end date provided for this role.

Gajanan Govekar obtained a PGDM degree in Strategy & General Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Hyderabad, from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in BSc from Goa University.
