Paul Swaim

Paul Swaim is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in information technology and network management. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Opentensor Foundation since February 2024, Paul previously held the same role, as well as Chief Technology Officer, at Quantum Star Technologies Inc. from August 2020 to December 2023. Prior to that, Paul spent a decade at North Idaho College, progressing from System Engineer to Information Technology Helpdesk Manager, and ultimately serving as Director of Network Technology. Earlier career experience includes roles at Center Partners Inc. as a System Administrator and Helpdesk Technician. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree from Harding University, earned between 1993 and 1998.
