James McLachlan

James McLachlan is an accomplished software developer with over two decades of experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Principal Software Developer at OpenText since February 2012, James has been instrumental in developing the API for the customer web portal, enhancing collaboration across multiple teams through the introduction of domain-driven design and onion architecture. Prior to this role, James worked at CIBC from May 2001 to February 2012, where responsibilities included leading desktop projects for the President's Choice Financial call centre and automating installation processes.
