Sergiu Ciupe

Sergiu Ciupe is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software engineering and quality assurance. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Engineering at OpenText since February 2023, Sergiu previously held several managerial roles at Micro Focus from September 2017 to January 2023, including Senior Manager, Software Engineering and ALM Octane Engineering Manager. Prior to that, Sergiu worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from September 2010 to August 2017, with roles such as ALM Octane Cluj QA Manager and HPE Live Network QA Manager. Sergiu began the career as a QA Engineer at SoftVision from November 2007 to September 2010. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both obtained from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca.
