Maria Vinogradova

Head of Strategy and Market Intelligence, EU-MENA-AMER-APAC at OpenWay

Maria Vinogradova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Maria is currently the owner of Your Fintech Story since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at OpenWay as the Head of Strategy and Market Intelligence, EU-MENA-AMER-APAC from February 2016, and also held the role of Product & Corporate Marketing Director, EMEA-AMER-APAC from June 2003 to February 2016. At OpenWay, they were responsible for global and local marketing strategy, operational marketing, marketing team management, market analysis, and client needs analysis, among other responsibilities. Maria achieved 20% annual revenue growth and received the highest rating from Gartner among multi-regional CMS software vendors.

Before their time at OpenWay, Maria co-founded 46group in May 2015 where they served as a Co-Founder until December 2017. Maria also co-founded E-commerce2023, 2024, 2025 from February 2013 to April 2015, where they united representatives from leading e-commerce companies, banks, payment systems, and associations to address key e-commerce and digital payments trends.

Maria's earlier experience includes roles at Ista Systems as a Digital Transformation Manager and Team Lead from April 2002 to June 2003, and as a Senior Product Manager from September 2000 to April 2002.

Maria Vinogradova's education history is as follows:

From 2022 to 2024, they attended the Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA program, where they pursued a Global Executive MBA degree.

In 2018, Maria completed two certificate programs at the MIT Sloan School of Management. The first certificate focused on Innovation of Products and Services, specifically MIT's Approach in Design Thinking. The second certificate centered around Negotiation and Influence.

In 2017, they obtained a certificate in Digital Marketing from the Columbia Business School, with a focus on Customer Engagement, Social Media, Planning & Analytics.

In the same year, Maria also received a certificate in Innovation Timing from Stanford University.

Additionally, in 2014, they completed a program at 280Group, specializing in Product Management.

Maria has acquired additional certifications as well. In May 2018, they obtained a certification in Design Thinking from the MIT Sloan School of Management. In April 2018, they received a certification in Negotiations & Influence from the same institution. In February 2018, Maria obtained a certification in Digital Marketing from the Columbia Business School. Lastly, in May 2017, they acquired a certification in Innovation Timing from Stanford University.
