Mickael Salomez

Implementation Engineer EMEA at OpenWay

Mickael Salomez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mickael worked at OpenWay as an Implementation Engineer EMEA from May 2020 to the present. Prior to that, they worked at FIS as an Implementation Product Consultant EMEA in the Chargeback (CBK) Business Line from July 2017 to April 2020. In this role, Mickael was responsible for delivering product packages with expected quality, analyzing clients' chargeback processes, and gathering and specifying business and functional requirements.

Before FIS, Mickael worked at ALTEN BELGIUM as a Junior Business Analyst from February 2017 to June 2017. Mickael also worked at Altran Technologies as an Information Technology Business Manager from March 2016 to September 2016. In this role, Mickael focused on developing the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) portfolio from scratch and sourcing new engineers for sales opportunities.

Earlier in their career, Mickael had a technical internship at Inria in 2015, where they worked on realizing a cinematographic drone coordination system. Mickael also had summer jobs at Oxylane as an Order Preparer in 2013 and at Sagaert - Groupe Fauchille as a temporary Operator Press. Mickael's work experience also includes a stage (internship) as a Technician BTS Domotique at KERSELEC for two months in 2010, where they were involved in redesigning electrical installations and implementing automated solutions.

Mickael's earliest work experience was a discovery internship in BEP Electronics at Auchan's after-sales service in 2006. Mickael'srole during this three-week internship was to assist technicians. Overall, Mickael's work experience showcases their proficiency in implementation, business analysis, project coordination, and technical roles in various industries.

From 2006 to 2008, Mickael attended Lycée Gustave Eiffel and obtained a Brevet d'Enseignements Professionnels with a focus on Electronics.

From 2008 to 2010, Mickael continued their education at Lycée Gustave Eiffel and earned a Baccalauréat, specializing in Sciences et Technologies de l'industries, Électronique (Sciences and Technologies of Industry, Electronics).

From 2010 to 2012, Mickael studied at Lycée Colbert and completed a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur in Domotique (Higher Technician Diploma in Home Automation).

From 2012 to 2013, Mickael attended Lycée Baggio and obtained a Bachelor's degree with studies in Mathematics, Physics, Mechanics, and Electronics.

In 2014, Mickael received a Certificat Erasmus donnant droit à 5 crédits ECTS (Erasmus Certificate entitling him to 5 ECTS credits) from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences during a participation in the Intensive Erasmus Program on IoT (Internet of Things).

In 2015, Mickael pursued further studies in Information Technology at Munster Technological University.

Finally, from 2013 to 2016, Mickael attended ESIEA - ÉCOLE D'INGÉNIEUR·E·S D'UN NUMÉRIQUE UTILE and earned a Master of Engineering - MEng degree with a specialization in Systèmes d'Information et Systèmes Embarqués (Information Systems and Embedded Systems).
