Mikhail CHARKOV

Mikhail Charkov has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. In their most recent position at Way4Services, they hold the role of QA Automation Engineer, which they started in January 2022.

Prior to this, Mikhail was associated with Ingenico Group for over a decade. During their tenure, they held the role of Head of certifying and documenting subdivision from September 2012 to December 2021. In this role, they managed various development, integration, and certification projects, including acquiring certifications in payment schemes and PCI certifications. Mikhail also provided consulting support to the certification team.

Before their managerial role, Mikhail worked as a Senior Software Support Engineer at Ingenico Group from January 2010 to September 2012. In this position, they provided customer support for software developments and implementations, conducted manual QA testing, and maintained software documentation.

Prior to their time at Ingenico Group, Mikhail worked at Surgutneftegas Bank in different roles. From March 2009 to December 2009, they served as the Head of development and system support subdivision in the Card Processing Center, where they administered the BASE24 host solution system and handled host certifications with payment schemes. Prior to this, from February 2004 to March 2009, they worked as a Senior Software Support Engineer, responsible for BASE24 administration and host certifications. Mikhail also served as a Technical Support Engineer from March 2002 to February 2004, administering the System for servicing individuals using bank cards.

Mikhail Charkov received their Engineer's degree in Information Technology from Omsk State Technical University (OSTU) from 1994 to 1999. Following that, they pursued a degree in Economics and enterprise management and graduated as an Economist-manager from the same university from 2000 to 2003.
