Javier Soto has a wide range of work experience in various industries. Javier started their career in 2009 as a Legislative Correspondent for the Office of the Speaker, U.S. House of Representatives, where they attended briefings and hearings and drafted reports. In 2012, they worked as a Copywriter and Assistant Account Executive at Gravity Media LLC, where they wrote ad copy and developed marketing materials.
From 2012 to 2013, Javier worked at GetGlue (acquired by i.TV), first as a Staff Writer, where they engaged with television viewers and curated content, and then as the Head of Community Engagement & Support, overseeing site activity and managing the brand's image on social platforms.
In 2014, Javier joined Waywire Networks as an Editor/Social Media Director, where they supervised staff, edited content, and managed the presence on social networking sites. Javier then moved on to Crush Mobile in 2015 as a Marketing Manager, responsible for all marketing activities and initiatives.
In 2017, Javier became a Growth Marketing Manager at Paltalk, Inc., where they developed and executed the commercial launch strategy for 50more.com, focusing on content creation, social media, partnerships, and PR opportunities.
Currently, Javier is working at OpenWeb as a Partner Success Manager. In this role, they manage the onboarding and software integration process for large media companies and works with Publisher Sales and R&D teams to grow relationships and provide client service. Javier also tracks and analyzes partner success metrics to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Javier Soto obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, which they attended from 2006 to 2009.
