Yuval Fessler

Yuval Fessler has extensive experience in the legal and corporate affairs field. Yuval is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer and M&A & IPO Lead at OpenWeb since September 2021. In this role, they head the company's global legal and corporate affairs and provides guidance to the CEO and board of directors.

Prior to their current position, Yuval worked at Tufin from April 2015. Yuval held the position of Chief Legal & Business Officer, IPO Lead, and Corporate Secretary. During their tenure, they successfully led Tufin's initial public offering and subsequent follow-on offerings on the New York Stock Exchange. Yuval also managed corporate, compliance, and governance matters.

Before joining Tufin, Yuval served as a Senior Associate at GKH Law Offices from January 2013 to April 2015. Yuval represented international corporations, venture capital and private equity funds in various transactions, including equity and debt financing, M&A, and joint ventures.

Prior to that, Yuval worked as a Senior Associate at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co. from February 2012 to January 2013. Yuval provided legal assistance to technology incubators, start-ups accelerators, and venture capital funds. Yuval also represented companies in debt and equity financing transactions and commercial operations.

Yuval began their career as an Associate at M. Firon and Co. from March 2009 to February 2012. In this role, they represented international corporations in various corporate and commercial transactions. Yuval also worked on complex BOT projects, including project financing and construction agreements.

Yuval started their professional journey as an Intern at Gilead Sher & Co., Attorneys from September 2007 to December 2008. Yuval gained experience in the high-tech and venture capital, energy, BOT, and government sectors.

Yuval Fessler pursued their LL.B degree in International Commercial & Corporate Law, Dispute Resolution & Negotiations from The College of Management Academic Studies. Yuval attended the institution from 2004 to 2007. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they enrolled in the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management to obtain an Executive MBA with a focus on International Business & Finance.
