Catherine Gamble is an experienced professional in partnership recruitment and business development, currently serving as the Interim Head of Partnership Recruitment at The Openwork Partnership since April 2023, after holding the position of Senior Partnership Recruitment Manager. Prior to this, Catherine was with Tenet Group from March 2018 to April 2023 as Head of Sales and Recruitment, overseeing a high-performing team and managing recruitment processes for financial advisers. Catherine's earlier roles include General Manager at Sinfonia Asset Management, where responsibilities spanned business development and operations, and various positions in real estate and conveyancing. Catherine holds a distinction certificate in professional marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing and additional qualifications from the Chartered Management Institute and Leeds Trinity University.
