Emma Linton

Emma Linton has work experience in education recruitment and management. Emma worked as a SEND/Secondary Manager at Operam Education Group, where they supported a team in recruiting for secondary and SEN schools in the Lancashire and Cumbria Area. Their responsibilities included recruiting education professionals from NQTs to Head Teachers for various subjects and leadership positions. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruitment Manager at REED from 2018 to 2021.

Emma Linton completed their GCSEs at Montgomery High School from 1997 to 2002. Emma then attended St. Martin's College from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a BA Honours degree in Special Education and Teaching.
