Deborah Delman

Deborah Delman is currently the Director of the Senior Community Service Employment Program at Operation ABLE. Before that, Deborah was self-employed as a Principal focusing on nonprofit and healthcare consulting. Prior to that, Deborah served as the Executive Director at The Transformation Center where Deborah significantly grew the organization and established various mental health support programs. In the past, Deborah has also worked as a Program Director and Community Organizer at different organizations. Deborah received their Bachelor of Science in Foods & Nutrition and French from the University of Maine at Orono.
