Patricia Thompson

Patricia (Tricia) Thompson is an experienced leader in program design and volunteer engagement, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Operation HOPE since February 2023. Previously, Patricia was the National Director of Process Excellence and Strategic Initiatives at the American Red Cross from April 2016 to February 2023, where Patricia led strategic initiatives and community programming. Patricia has held various roles in organizations such as Points of Light, Goodwill Industries International, New River Valley Community Services, and Way Station, Inc., contributing to employee and volunteer engagement, program development, and community service. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Radford University and a Master's in Public Administration from Walden University.
