Senior Director of Operations Vickey Brown

Vickey Brown, MBA, has extensive work experience in operations and sales management. Vickey is currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Operation HOPE, where they support the Executive Vice President and oversees four Directors for various programs. Vickey'sresponsibilities include program delivery, personnel leadership, goal enforcement, and resolution of complex partner issues.

Prior to their current role, Vickey held the position of Managing Deputy Director at Operation HOPE, where they had national oversight and ownership of program activities. Vickey managed seven Regional Vice Presidents and executed strategic plans to establish the organization as a leader in financial literacy and economic development.

Before joining Operation HOPE, Vickey worked at Synchrony as a Sales Manager/Vendor Management Assistant Vice President. Vickey managed relationships with multiple clients in the North American market, focusing on account management and marketing strategies.

Vickey's earlier experience includes a role at GE Capital as the Regional Credit Sales Manager-Southeast. Vickey developed regional and market growth strategies, exceeded goals for large clients, and managed the sales of commercial and consumer lines of credit.

Vickey Brown, MBA, Senior Director of Operations, has a solid educational background in business administration and management. Vickey holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Charleston Southern University, where they focused on Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Claflin University.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Vickey has also obtained two additional certifications. In 2016, they received a certification in Supplier Manager from Synchrony Financial. Furthermore, in June 2023, they obtained a certification in Community Association Management from the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
