Gerard van Asselt has extensive experience in quality management and process improvement, having worked at various companies in leadership roles. Gerard's work includes advising, training, and supporting industrial companies in quality management, as well as leading projects to provide clean drinking water in Kenya. Currently, Gerard serves as the Operations Director at OM Zambia, overseeing various operational departments. With a background in founding and establishing new departments, Gerard has also managed quality assurance teams and systems at companies like FrieslandCampina and HJ Heinz, driving consistent system implementation and quality improvement in Europe.
