Emily M. Jones

Emily M. Jones is an experienced professional currently serving as the Research and Impact Manager at Operation Smile since November 2021, where responsibilities include leading a multi-year research project to measure organizational impact across 36 countries, while managing junior researchers and interns. Previously, Emily held roles as the Research and Innovation Coordinator at Operation Smile, a Fulbright Researcher at the University of Gothenburg focusing on antibiotic resistance, and a Forensic Scientist at Quest Diagnostics. Emily's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Dayton and ongoing doctoral studies in Epidemiology at the Colorado School of Public Health, expected to be completed in August 2025.
