Esther Stringam Kantner

Esther Stringam Kantner has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Esther is currently serving as the Sr VP Global HR at Operation Smile, where they provide talent management strategy and HR expertise for global talent development, acquisition, compensation, and workforce planning. Prior to their current role, they founded and operated Stringam Management Consulting Services, a consulting firm that provided leadership development training services for various clients. Esther has also worked at Alberta Health Services as the Executive Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Management, overseeing the re-organization and restructuring of the department to support new workforce strategies. Esther has held leadership positions at other notable organizations such as Maxim Healthcare Services, World Wildlife Fund, TRAVELCLICK, Constellation Energy, The Home Depot, Central Parking System, and Ameren, where they gained extensive experience in human resources, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

Esther Stringam Kantner earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Alberta between 1979 and 1983.
