Jocelyn Marrs

Jocelyn (Huston) Marrs currently serves as the Director of Global HR Operations at Operation Smile since April 2022, having previously held roles such as Manager of Employee Experience and Project Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Jocelyn accumulated extensive experience at Norfolk Southern Corporation from March 2017 to March 2022, where roles included Manager of Employee Engagement and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Additionally, Jocelyn worked as a Travel Coordinator/HR Assistant at Cape Henry Associates, Inc. and held various positions at NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM). Academic credentials include a Graduate-Level Certificate in Leadership in Human Resources Management from the University of Virginia, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Marketing from Strome College of Business, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Westminster.
