Liz Baldwin

Liz Baldwin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Liz currently works as a Volunteering Manager at Operation Smile and also runs their own ministry for Christian singles called Christian Eco-Friends. Prior to this, Liz worked as a Community Participation Coordinator at CAFOD from 2015 to 2023. Liz also has experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Wise Employment, a Business Development/Office Manager at J P Baldwin Associates Ltd, and a Classroom Supply Teacher at Schools and Educational Institutes. Liz's earlier career includes roles such as an Internship Programme Manager at the Mountbatten Volunteer Internship Programme, a Programme Manager in Asia at Volunteer Service Abroad, and a Development Education Officer at Caritas. Liz has also held various teaching, studying, and sales roles. With their extensive background, Liz brings a wealth of experience in volunteer management, community participation, recruitment, and business development.

Liz Baldwin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching from the University of Canterbury from 1984 to 1988. Liz then pursued an Associate's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Victoria University of Wellington in 1997. Later, in 1998 and 1999, Liz completed a Master's Degree in International Aid and Development Studies at the same institution.
