Hans Dykstra

Hans Dykstra is a seasoned software architect with extensive experience in Electronic Content Management and a strong background in software development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Architect at Operational Systems, Inc., since July 2016, Hans specializes in custom software solutions for document migration and management. In addition, Hans has been a Senior FileNet Developer at CM Mitchell Consulting since October 2012, where expertise includes ECM design, architecture, and customizations, particularly on the FileNet P8 platform. Previously, Hans held the position of Sr Software Engineer at Enterprise Information Management, focusing on the deployment and architecture of IBM FileNet P8 systems. Early career experience includes software engineering roles at Mindport, where web interfaces for management and billing software were developed for the cable television industry. Hans holds a Ph.D. in Physics from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from Michigan State University.
