Latoya Hobbs, Manager, Payroll Tax Compliance Services, coming from the Financial and Chemical Engineering industries, bringing over 8 years of Payroll Tax Compliance experience to the team. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Latoya worked for DuPont as the Payroll Tax Compliance Consultant for 5 years within the Human Resources team. In that role Latoya was responsible for Quarter and Annual Tax Compliance Audits, Quarter Tax filings, Tax registrations, Amendments, Tax setup and other Payroll Tax Compliance related tasks. Latoya worked at JP Morgan Chase Bank prior to DuPont holding various positions and ending her last two years as a Payroll Tax Compliance Specialist.

Latoya is a dedicated and focused professional specializing in all resources relating to Payroll Tax Compliance processing, auditing, and analysis of taxes. At OperationsInc, Latoya manages a team of expert Payroll Tax Specialists as well as maintain a client base supporting all Payroll Tax needs. Latoya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
