Laura Bailey

Laura Bailey is a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at OperationsInc. In this role she leads a team of recruiters to provide outstanding Talent Acquisition consulting services.

With over 25 years of experience, Laura joined OperationsInc in 2015 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant. She has been a member of the OI management team since 2020. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Laura worked for eight years as an executive recruiter for a retainer-based search firm that specialized in diversity recruitment. Earlier in her career, Laura worked in Human Resources for Fortune 500 financial and marketing corporations.

Laura currently supports clients across a wide range of industries; wealth management, medical device, insurance, non-profit, consumer goods, finance, food & beverage, marketing & advertising, pharmaceutical, technology and real estate to name a few.

Laura earned an B.S. in Marketing from Iowa State University and an MBA in Human Resources from Pace University.
