Derek Metz

Derek Metz has over 20 years of work experience in the digital media industry. Derek started their career at AutoTrader.com, where they held various project management roles, demonstrating their ability to lead diverse projects and connect sales, operations, and technical teams. Derek then joined Acceleration, where they served as a Business Manager and Consulting Director, driving clients' digital publishing objectives and managing project execution. Derek later became the VP of Publisher Services at Acceleration, where they rebuilt the North American Publisher Services vertical and led a team of five. In 2013, Derek joined Operative, initially as a Director of Product and later as a Senior Director and VP. Derek managed and developed teams responsible for architecting and implementing solutions in Operative's digital platforms and led the entire product lifecycle for enterprise solutions, setting product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Throughout their career, Derek has demonstrated strong relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
