Shirly Aines Levy

Shirly Aines Levy has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and testing. In their current role as Quality & Engineering Lead at Operative, they are responsible for ensuring the quality of products and leading engineering efforts. Previously, they worked at Qualitest Israel from 2007, where they held various roles. As the Testing and Automation Manager in the UAS Division at Elbit Systems, Shirly managed six teams and oversaw the methodological aspects of the automation group. Shirly also served as a Testing Team Leader at C4 Security, a subsidiary of Elbit Systems, where they established and managed QA and automation teams and implemented quality and testing processes. Prior to that, Shirly worked as a Software Testing Team Leader at Elbit Systems – Land, where they led a testing team for C4I systems and implemented quality and testing processes.
