Tiffany Lai is the VP of Business Operations at Ophelia. Tiffany has over 10 years of experience in strategy and operations roles at early and growth-stage companies. Prior to joining Ophelia, Tiffany was the VP of Revenue Operations & Strategy at Paperless Post. In this role, Tiffany was responsible for developing and overseeing strategy for driving revenue growth and paid conversion for Paperless Post's products by executing plans cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer operations, category planning, marketing, and data analytics teams. Tiffany has also held senior operations roles at Maven Clinic and Zocdoc. At Maven, Tiffany managed the team responsible for the entire provider network - recruiting, retaining, and managing providers to ensure best-in-class provider and patient experiences. At Zocdoc, Tiffany oversaw strategic operations for the company's health systems business. Tiffany holds a BA from Harvard University.
Tiffany Lai has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Psychology (Cognitive Neuroscience) from Harvard University. Tiffany also has a Professional Certificate in Cannabis Science and Medicine from The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at The University of Vermont and certificates in Reforge Retention & Engagement Series Spring 2018 and Reforge Growth Series Fall 2015.
