Stacey Kruck

Stacey Kruck, SHRM-SCP, has over two decades of experience in human resources within the ophthalmic industry. Currently serving as Manager at OCLI Vision since May 2010, Stacey established and developed the eastern region while administering human, proprietary, and fiduciary resources to achieve operational excellence. Prior to this role, Stacey worked as a Supervisor at Ophthalmic Consultants of Long Island-Stony Brook from January 2000 to May 2010, where design, development, and launch of a new operating location were key responsibilities, alongside supervising operations and acting as the onsite human resource partner.
