Amber Ermish is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administration, operations, and volunteer management. Currently serving as a Back-Office Administrator at Opkalla since September 2020, Amber focuses on enhancing the customer experience in IT solution identification. As the Director of the Parent Teacher Organization at Concord Academy since 2013, Amber has successfully led fundraising initiatives and volunteer programs, improving participation and streamlining operations through the implementation of electronic systems. Previous roles include Administrative Coordinator at Tate Springs Christian School, where Amber managed a catered lunch program, and Senior Systems Analyst at Radiant Systems Inc., where Amber honed technical skills in software testing and support.
