Shawna Walz

Shawna Walz has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Currently, they are the President of CONSURCO and D3 VENTURES LTD. Prior to that, they worked as a Strategic Planning Consultant and High-Impact Meeting Facilitator. Shawna also served as the Director of Strategic Planning and the Head of People & Planning at Oppenheimer Companies, Inc. Additionally, Shawna is the Founder of the Idaho Diaper Bank, a nonprofit organization. Shawna has also held the position of Vice President at Idaho Business for Education. Earlier in their career, Shawna worked at Nike, Inc. as a Senior Director, and at PerkinElmer as a Director.

Shawna Walz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The George Washington University School of Business, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. Shawna completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology at Boise State University from 1990 to 1994. Prior to that, they attended Boise High from 1987 to 1990. In terms of additional certifications, Shawna has completed "Developing Executive Presence" from LinkedIn and obtained the "SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP- R)" certification from SHRM in May 2019. Shawna is also a Gallup Trained Strengths Coach and a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
