Roopak Pati

Roopak Pati is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate development. Currently serving as Managing Director at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. since January 2019, Roopak previously held the position of Vice President of Investment Banking at Needham & Company from September 2015 to January 2019. As the Co-Founder and President of OurWorkplace, Roopak was instrumental in advancing workplace culture through employee-driven initiatives from September 2014 to May 2015. Earlier roles include Senior Analyst in Corporate Development at Expedia, where involvement in the Trivago acquisition and Room 77 Series C investment took place, and Investment Banking Analyst at Moelis & Company, focusing on M&A and capital raises across various sectors. Roopak also gained early experience as a Summer Analyst at Jefferies & Company and Target. Roopak holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M.
