Dhruv Mistry

Dhruv Mistry is a User Experience Designer currently contributing to the Oppia Foundation by enhancing the user experience of the Oppia EdTech platform through user interviews. Mistry also serves as a UX Designer at CrowdDoing, focusing on user research for herbalists and developing user personas for an ebook and web platform. Previous experience includes a Product Design Internship at Ada Analytics, where Mistry worked on an AI chatbot for FinTech, and roles at Bill.com and Sage Intacct, Inc. involving B2B software implementation and technical integration support. Mistry holds a Professional Certificate in User Experience Design from Springboard and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from San Jose State University.
