Tetsuji Kamata

Tetsuji Kamata is a Senior Research Engineer at OPPO, specializing in image restoration algorithms, including deblurring and noise reduction, through deep learning and neural networks since April 2018. Prior to this role, Tetsuji served as a Project Leader and Research Engineer at Nikon from April 1994 to March 2017, where advancements were made in optics blur removal and motion blur removal algorithms, significantly enhancing image quality. Tetsuji holds a Master of Engineering in Mechatronics from Tokyo Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Meiji University.
