Senior Vice President Human Resources at Opportunity Finance Network

Tamara Frye has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Tamara started their career as an HR Manager at Burgoyne Inc in 1993. After working there for six years, they transitioned to MCP Hanhemann University, where they served as a Senior HR Consultant for a year. In 2005, Tamara joined Opportunity Finance Network as the Vice President of Human Resources. Tamara played a key role in implementing and managing HR initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic goals and values. In their current role as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at OFN, Tamara leads the HR function and provides advice and guidance to the leadership and management teams. Tamara focuses on developing innovative programs and policies to support the company's dynamic and collaborative culture.

Tamara Frye earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Industrial Psychology from La Salle University. Tamara then went on to attend the Fox School of Business at Temple University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources. Additionally, they completed a program in HR Data Analytics from Wharton Executive Education.
