Malcolm McCollum has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Malcolm began their career in 1998 as a Systems Engineer at Consulting Services, where they worked until 2006. Malcolm then joined Office Depot as a Manager and later transitioned to the role of Solutions Development Representative - Print - from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, Malcolm joined Goodwill of Southern Nevada as the Senior District Manager of Retail & Operations, where they worked until 2017. Since 2017, they have been associated with Opportunity Village, starting as the Sr Operations Manager and subsequently serving as the Sr. Manager of Production & Logistics. Currently, Malcolm is the Director of Operations at Opportunity Village.

Malcolm McCollum began their education journey in 2000, attending the University of Phoenix, where they pursued a degree in MCSE, specializing in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Malcolm completed their studies in 2001.

In 2009, Malcolm enrolled at the University of Phoenix once again, this time pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management. Malcolm successfully completed their undergraduate program in 2013.

Building upon their bachelor's degree, Malcolm pursued further education at the University of Phoenix from 2013 to 2015, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
