Iva Novak

Iva Novak, PHR, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at OpSec Security since January 2021, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the UKG HRMS and Time/Attendance System and participating in mergers and acquisitions efforts.
