The Position

We are looking for an experienced Account-Based Marketing manager (ABM) to support planning, execution and optimization of account-based programs. This role will play a pivotal role within our Revenue Marketing team, responsible for technical aspects of campaign building, implementation, management, and measurement

The ideal candidate will be an experienced B2B marketer with Salesforce proficiency and a strong technical background to optimize campaigns efficiently and contribute to revenue growth at OPSWAT.  

This is an in-office position based in our Tampa office, remote or hybrid work is not provided.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and build high-value target account lists, ensuring that ABM campaigns are focused on engaging prospects with the greatest potential for revenue generation.
  • Research and develop value proposition and messaging for target accounts.
  • Work closely with our product content marketing teams to strategize campaign content strategy to build customer-centric assets that move prospects through the entire buyers’ journey.
  • Leverage marketing automation to manage lead nurture campaigns, track engagement, and optimize conversion rates.
  • Constantly iterate to optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay up to date on best practices in ABM, demand generation, and data compliance regulations. Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
  • Monitor marketing initiatives and campaign progress, submit performance reports to senior leadership. Monitor and manage program budgets and allocate resources amongst projects to receive best ROIs of the marketing program investment.

What We Need From You

  • Proven experience leading and developing Account Based Marketing campaigns.
  • 5 years’ hands-on experience in developing campaign strategies, digital advertising, Account Based Marketing.
  • Must have demonstrated success creating, implementing, and executing marketing strategies to drive product/platform performance in the market.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Analytical and creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a strong technical aptitude.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field.
  • Preferred experience marketing to key verticals such as Fintech, Energy, Manufacturing, and Government with familiarity of compliance regulations within those verticals.
  • Cyber security experience preferred.
