What You Will be Doing

  • Continuously review answers from our AI Chatbot and train it with updated information to improve answer accuracy
  • Review customer support case summaries and select the ones useful for training purposes
  • Collaborate with technical support & product teams to Write additional KB articles
  • Produce reports to show the effectiveness of your effort in training the bot
  • Moderate and administer our new community forum 

What You Will Learn

  • Learn more about cybersecurity topics
  • Generative AI technologies and how to leverage it for customer service
  • Chatbot design and logic
     

What We Need from You

  • Very good English proficiency (both verbal and written) and people skills
  • Ability to follow-up on tasks given from end-to-end after training, to ensure incremental improvement to our bot
  • Your KPI will be measured on the number of:
        * answers from bot with improved ratings
        * average score given by internal staffs & customers for bot answers
        * number of KB articles added/updated

It Would be Nice if You Had

  • Experience in using AI Chat and prompt engineer
  • Basic understanding of cyber technologies and networking terminologies
  • Experience in writing user guide for software products
  • Good learning ability and enthusiasm in technology
