Tharusyan Pillay

Tharusyan Pillay began their work experience as a Change Management Intern at Adobe in 2014, where they managed communication channels for the American Express Corporate Card transition and developed videos to communicate policy changes. In 2015, they worked as a Business Analyst Intern at eBay, leading a project to improve the process of establishing new legal entities. Tharusyan then interned at Pearl Automation in 2016, where they worked on finance and operations. Tharusyan joined The First Tee of the Tri-Valley in 2018 as an Assistant Coach. From 2017 to 2021, Tharusyan worked at ServiceNow in Product Strategy and Research. Currently, they are employed as a Product at OPSWAT.

Tharusyan Pillay attended Columbia University from 2013 to 2017, where they studied Economics. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. In April 2021, they completed the "Managing and Working with a Technical Team for Nontechnical Professionals" certification from LinkedIn. Tharusyan also obtained certifications in "Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap" from LinkedIn, "Learn Java Course" from Codecademy, and "edX Verified Certificates" for Human-Computer Interaction I, II, III, and IV. Furthermore, they received the "Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)" certification from Scrum Alliance in April 2021.
