Caroline Quach is an experienced telecommunications project manager currently serving as Chef de projet télécom at OPT Nouvelle-Calédonie since May 2017, where responsibilities include defining mobile network deployment strategies, managing contracts, and optimizing processes. Previously, Caroline held various roles within the organization, including Chef de cellule conception radioélectricité et transport, focusing on mobile deployment prioritization and team leadership, and Chargé de la maîtrise de l'énergie, where the creation of an energy management network was a key achievement. Prior to OPT, Caroline worked for SOCOMETRA ENGIE as Chargée d'affaires énergies renouvelables, and held positions at PARTENOR GROUP and AUBAY, enhancing process optimization and project management. Caroline holds an engineering degree in energy and environment from ECE and has gained additional education at Concordia University and the University of Kuala Lumpur.
