Emily Ponak

Emily Ponak began their work experience in 2018 as a Web Designer at Planet College, where they utilized Wordpress to design websites and developed new branding materials. In the same year, they also worked as a Photographer at Photofund, capturing events and producing images for local charities.

In 2019, Emily served as a Guest Relations G.O. at Club Med, where they managed customer relations, worked at the front desk, and interacted with French guests.

Emily then joined St George's College, UWA in 2020 as a Social Media Coordinator, responsible for maintaining the residence's Instagram page and capturing images at events.

From 2018 to 2022, Emily worked at Acadomia Tutoring as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Coordinator. Emily'sresponsibilities included creating graphics, managing social media platforms, and updating the company's website on Wordpress.

Most recently, in 2021, Emily worked as a Junior UX/UI Designer at Matchbox Virtual Media, an online conferencing platform. Emily'srole involved designing virtual spaces and organizing tiles for various categories of events.

Emily Ponak attended McGill University from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In 2020, they also briefly studied at The University of Western Australia, majoring in both Psychology and Communications.
