David Cook

David's role is to ensure the efficient running of the Optalis company board, working with the executive team and shareholder board. Previously director of strategy and marketing at 3M and most recently chairman of the Economic and Skills Development Partnership at Bracknell Forest Borough Council, David brings a wealth of experience to the role.
