The Engineering and Technical team at Optasia is responsible for developing and maintaining the AI platform that enables financial access for the next billion customers. This team manages the end-to-end technical infrastructure, including system administration, security, and process development, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure operations. They collaborate closely with product managers to design and implement features, deploy and optimize algorithms, and oversee technical product integration. Key roles include ensuring efficient data analysis for accurate credit scoring and maintaining a seamless DevOps pipeline to facilitate rapid deployment and continuous improvement.
