Kim Buckey

Kim Buckey has extensive experience in the field of compliance communications and client services. Starting in 1988 at KPMG, they served as the Director of Recruiting and Human Resources Communications, where they created and supervised campaigns for flexible benefits and managed care plans. After that, they worked at Kwasha Lipton as an Account Manager, providing consulting services and executing communication campaigns for clients such as Avon and RJR Nabisco. Kim then took on the role of Director of Personnel and Communications at Skylands Park Management, coordinating the production of marketing materials and employee benefit programs. Kim also served as an Associate Publisher for "Barnstorming--New Jersey's Baseball Magazine". In 1994, they became a Freelance Writer, creating and editing various human resource-related communication campaigns for clients including universities and insurance companies. From 1997 to 2001, they worked at PwC as a Consultant, specializing in the preparation of summary plan descriptions and executing communication campaigns for health and welfare plans. Joining Willis Towers Watson in 2001, Kim served as a Consultant, focusing on compliance communications and implementing employee communication campaigns for retirement plans and health and welfare plans. Kim then joined HighRoads as the Principal of Compliance Communications Services, a position they held until 2015. Later, at Enrollment Advisors, LLC, they worked as the Director of Compliance Communications. From 2016 to 2022, they served as the Vice President of Client Services at DirectPath. Currently, starting in April 2022, Kim is working as the Vice President of Client Services and Compliance Director at Optavise.
