Varsha Dubey

Varsha Dubey has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Varsha is currently employed at Opteamix since 2016, initially serving as a Happiness and L&D Lead for five years before moving up to the position of Employee Happiness and Learning Manager. In 2023, they were promoted to Senior Manager in charge of Employee Happiness and Growth. As of 2024, they hold the role of HR Director. Prior to joining Opteamix, Varsha worked as a Freelance Trainer from 2011 to 2016. From 2007 to 2011, they were a Training Specialist at MAX NEWYORK LIFE INSURANCE, and from 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Relationship Manager at HDFC Bank Ltd. Their early career experience includes a role as a Sales Associate at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd in 2005.

Varsha Dubey has a comprehensive education history. Varsha obtained a Diploma in NLP, NLP Practitioner, and Meta-NLP Practitioner (Neuro Semantics Practitioner) from the American Board of NLP (ABNLP), International Society of Neuro-Semantics, NLP Coaching Academy, and International Coach Federation (ICF) respectively in 2020. Additionally, they completed a PROGRAM in SALES AND MARKETING with an MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2010-2011. Varsha also holds an MBA degree in Marketing from South Gujarat University, which they obtained from 2002-2005. Lastly, they have a GNIIT certification from NIIT, Gujarat. Varsha has additional certifications as a Certified NLP Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Meta NLP Practitioner from ABNLP & ICF.
