Mark Bauman has held a variety of roles in the corporate world since 1986. Mark began their career as a Lieutenant in the US Navy aboard the USS Von Steuben (SSBN-632) and has since held roles at The Clorox Company, Sprint, Intuit, Spectrum Brands, Danaher Corporation, Aviation Technical Services, and Optelos.
At The Clorox Company, they were a Brand Manager with P&L responsibility for a brand with $90MM in annual sales. At Sprint, they were the Director of the Brand Investment Group responsible for Sprint's corporate master brand positioning and strategy. At Intuit, they were the Group Marketing Manager for QuickBooks Upgrade Marketing and managed a $120MM revenue business. At Spectrum Brands, they were the Senior Director of Marketing for a $180MM Household & Outdoor Living business. At Danaher Corporation, they were the General Manager for the Fluke Industrial, Value Brands, and held two Business Unit Director roles for Fluke Networks. At Aviation Technical Services, they were the Head of Global Marketing and Brand. Most recently, they are the Vice President of Marketing at Optelos, the leading enterprise platform that enables digitalization of visual asset inspection data.
Mark Bauman has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with Honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they studied Finance and Marketing. Mark also has a Bachelor's Degree with Honors from the University of Oregon, where they studied Economics and had a minor in German.
