Adrian O'Connor

Adrian O'Connor has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Adrian started their career as a Sales Negotiator at International Home Brokers in 1993, where they worked for a year. Adrian then moved on to Colliers International in 1994, where they continued their role as a Sales Negotiator, specializing in the project marketing and sale of residential apartments. In 1995, they worked as a Sales Negotiator at Jones Lang LaSalle before joining Laing+Simmons Commercial as a Sales Negotiator.

In 1998, Adrian O'Connor joined Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager, and they stayed with the company until 2002. Adrian then transitioned to HSBC Australia, where they worked as a Credit Risk Manager from 2003 to 2004. In 2005, Adrian O'Connor joined Commonwealth Bank as an Associate Director, focusing on Real Estate Finance. During their time at Commonwealth Bank, they handled a wide range of real estate transactions for institutional clients, including commercial, retail, industrial, and hotel properties.

In 2019, Adrian took a career break before eventually landing a role as a Project Co-ordinator at Opteon AUS & NZ in June 2022. Adrian is currently in this position, utilizing their organizational and coordination skills to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Adrian O'Connor received a Bachelor of Applied Science (Land Economics) degree from the University of Technology Sydney, which they attended from 1987 to 1990. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at St Ignatius College Riverview from 1980 to 1985. Adrian furthered their education at the Securities Institute of Australia, where they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment during the academic year 1993-1994.
