Chris Kokott

Chris Kokott is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property appraisal. Currently serving as a Certified Residential Appraiser at Opteon USA since January 2021, Chris has previously held positions at Valucentric as an Inspection Specialist and Certified Real Estate Appraiser until September 2023, and was self-employed as a Real Estate Appraiser from August 2003 to July 2020. Prior to these roles, Chris also worked at Real Valuation Services as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser. Education includes certification from the Appraisal Institute, attained in 2003 and ongoing.
