Julie Owbridge

Julie Owbridge has a diverse background in the real estate industry spanning over three decades. Julie started their career in 1985 as a Property Valuer at the Queensland Government's Valuer-Generals Department, where they gained experience in various real estate sectors including residential, large and small grazing properties, agricultural lands, industrial and commercial properties, and coastal urban lands.

In 1990, Julie joined John Logan and Associates as a Principal, opening their Gladstone office and later expanding to Rockhampton. Julie held this position until 2013 when they became a Director at MVS National Valuers Gladstone until 2018.

Julie then established their own company called J Owbridge Valuers in 2019, where they served as the Director until 2021. During this time, they also took on the role of Independent Chair for Objection Conferences for the Department of Natural Resources, Mines, and Energy at Valuer General Qld in 2018.

Currently, Julie is working as a Senior Commercial Valuer at Opteon AUS & NZ since March 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Commercial Property Manager at J Owbridge Pty Ltd from 1998 to 2023.
