Matthew Durie

Matthew Durie has a strong background in compliance and risk management, specifically within the property industry. Matthew began their career at Quantia Valuation Consultants as the Residential Division Manager from April 2006 to October 2009. Durie then joined Opteon Property Group as a Director in 2010 for a year. In 2013, they took on a new role as the Director of Opteon (Newcastle and Central Coast NSW) Pty Ltd, eventually becoming the Managing Director in 2014. Durie's expertise and experience led him to a national role at Opteon in 2017 as the National Manager - Compliance and Risk. In 2018, they transitioned to their current position as the Head of Valuation Compliance, where they focus on making compliance the foundation of Opteon's services in order to provide trusted solutions and value to stakeholders.
