Michael McNulty

Michael McNulty has a diverse work experience in the valuation industry. Michael started their career as a Certified Practicing Valuer at Opteon AUS & NZ in 2008. Michael then moved on to become an Associate Director, where they managed multiple teams and was responsible for training, quality management, client management, meeting service targets, team communications, and resource management. Afterward, Michael served as a Regional Director at Opteon, overseeing valuation operations across various divisions, such as Central, Commercial & Agribusiness in Victoria, and Commercial & Agribusiness in Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia. In these roles, they were responsible for operational leadership, managing gross profit and revenue targets, team management, risk and quality management, and implementing industry best practices. Prior to joining Opteon, Michael worked as a Municipal Valuer at Westlink Consulting and Whittlesea City Council.

Michael McNulty has a Bachelor's Degree in Business (Property) from RMIT University. Michael also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Leadership and Finance from Deakin University. In addition, they have completed a Diploma in Financial Services with a Mortgage Brokers License from Intelitrain in 2010. Michael also obtained a Diploma in Property (Real Estate Agents License) from Swinburne University of Technology. Michael has additional certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in March 2022, and as a Certified Practicing Valuer from the Australian Property Institute.
