Tim Muir

Tim Muir has a diverse work experience in the valuation and project management fields. Tim is currently employed at Opteon as a Commercial Valuer. Prior to this, Tim worked at Sutherland Farrelly as an Assistant Valuer, providing valuation advice on various commercial and specialized properties. Tim has also worked at Wilson Valuers as a Valuation Analyst, focusing on mass municipal revaluations and rural valuation reports. Additionally, Tim gained experience in project management and valuation as a Senior Project Manager/Valuer at Grays Auctions. Tim started their career at Rydges Hotels & Resorts as a Duty Manager/Night Audit.

Tim Muir's education history begins in 1998 when they attended University High School in Parkville, Vic until 2001. Following high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing/Finance at Victoria University from 2002 to 2008. In 2013, they enrolled at RMIT University and completed a Graduate Diploma in Valuations, specializing in Real Estate, until 2014. Later, from 2016 to 2017, Tim attended the Applied Property Development Institute where they completed an Advanced Program in Property Development. Their most recent educational endeavor took place at RMIT University from 2018 to 2021, where they earned a Master of Property degree.
